Switching Between 'Exhibitor' and 'Team Member' Profiles

As an Exhibitor Team Member, you'll have access to your own dashboard. This allows you to respond to direct chat messages, join sessions*, and hold meetings with visitors.


If your companies super admin has given you an admin role, you'll also be able to access the Exhibitor Dashboard for your companies profile.

When you first log in, you'll see your Team Member profile image in the top right of the platform. This means anything you view or favourite and any chat messages or meeting requests you send will be displayed as you. You'll also only see notifications and messages sent/received by your account.

Switching to your company/brand profile

To switch to your exhibitor account, first click on your profile image or the down arrow to the right.

From the dropdown menu, select the name of your company or brand to switch to this account.

The image shown on the right of all pages will now display your company/brand logo. You are now interacting with the platform as "your company". This means anything you view or favourite and any chat messages or meeting requests you send will be displayed as your company. You'll also only see notifications and messages sent/received by this exhibitor account. You will be unable to view sessions when you're interacting with the platform as your company, please switch to your Team Member account.

To view the dashboard of the account you're currently active as, click the "My Profile" option in the dropdown menu.

*Sessions may be restricted to specific audience categories.
