 CANNOT FIND MY LOGIN DETAILS

Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is not there, please submit a ticket.


I CANNOT LOG IN

Please double check:

  • If you are connected to the Internet.
  • The browser you are using. You can access the Union World Conference from most browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc), but Chrome is the best option. Please note that using Internet Explorer is not advised.
  • If you are using the same email that you provided at Registration.
  • That you are using the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the “forgot your password” link.
  • That you have not misspelled your email address or your password.
  • If you are registered and/or your registration is fully completed and paid.


If you are still having problems, please submit a ticket.

WHAT TYPE OF CONNECTION DO I NEED TO ATTEND?

Registered participants will need access to a reliable internet connection, similar to the internet access needed to watch YouTube, to ensure the best experience.


WHICH BROWSER DO YOU ADVISE TO USE?

You can access the from most browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc), but Chrome is the best option. Please note that using Internet Explorer is not advised and video meetings are only supported by Chrome Firefox.


CAN I ACCESS FROM MY MOBILE PHONE?

The conference is being held on a web browser-based system, so if you have a web browser in your phone you can attend.
