Getting started

We will provide you access to your Exhibitor profile and will use the email given at the point of entry to do this. Please note if you have entered multiple brands under one contact, you will require individual emails for each brand.

Exhibitor Hub Information Requirements

Before editing your Exhibitor hub, you will require the following information. *Required

Company Information

• Company Name*
  
• Country
  
• City
  
• Contacts
  
• Website
  
• Telephone number
  
• Social Media (URLs for social media accounts: Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram)
  

• Image size: 500px x 500px
  
• Supports file types: .png or .jpg/.jpeg
• Max. 2MB
  

• Image size: 1920pxW x 267pxH
  
• Supports file types: .png or .jpg/.jpeg
• Max. 5MB

Company Overview*

• Please provide a short description (around 200 words) to be displayed on your Exhibitor Profile. This can include rich HTML formatting.

Marketing Content

• You can provide marketing & sales content such as press releases, brochures, and price lists to your Exhibitor Profile.
  
• Please take note that these documents will be available for download by all registered site users browsing your Exhibitor Profile.
  
• Supports file types: .png, .jpg, .pdf, .docx
  

Video

A single video can be displayed on your main Exhibitor Hub page. A Single video can also be included on each product page.

• Supported Platforms: YouTube, Vimeo or other video service html embed code
  
• Uploading video – Uploading restriction: Supported file type: .mp4, Max. 50MB

Product Listings

You can host a number of product listings in your exhibitor hub. This can be used to display information on digital or physical products, programmes and courses, and services.

For each listing we will require the following assets and information:

• Product Name*
  
• Product Category*
  
• Product Description*
  
• Photos (Max 5 per product)*
  
• Image size: 500px x 500px
• Supported file types: .png or .jpg
• Max. 2MB

Team Members

You may link an unlimited number of Team Members to your Exhibitor Profile, allowing for multiple client meetings at the same time.
